how to use REQUEST_FOCUS_ON_ACTION

i am using REQUEST_FOCUS_ON_ACTION for setting a focus on table column

difference between the request focus and request_focus_on_action is that you need to supply the action name .

I personally would not use it as in your case to position to the first column of the row.
