I just want to know:

1. Can we use all the functionality of EWM with SAP ECC 6.0?

2. If not, which part we can?

3. Do we need a different server to have EWM?

Here are the answers to your questions

1. Can we use all the functionality of EWM with SAP ECC 6.0?

Yes, you can use standard OTC (order to cash), PTP (procure to pay), and STO functionality with EWM.

EWM supports outbound delivery and inbound delivery downloads. It supports Inventory adjustments and physical inventory.

Aside from these standard functional flows, which other functionality were you refering to?

3. Do we need a different server to have EWM?

Yes, I would recomend a decentralized approach for using EWM. I belive that SAP currently does not have any customers running EWM and ECC on the same environment.

To clarify we want to use the SCM EWM add on in ERP is it possible?

"yes" it is possable to use EWM as an add on to ECC it works in the same decentralised way as if EWm was on the SCM box.

but make sure you have read the SAP notes on performance and EP (enhancment pack level) of ECC.

We donot need a separate server for this
