SOL MAN upgrade - OSS messages automatically confirme!

Hi all,

We ahve recently upgraded our solution Manager system to the latest SP.We are now on release SAP_ABA 701 ,SAP_BASIS 701.

After the SP upgrade,I see that all my OSS messages which i created through SOLUTION MANAGER have been automatically confirmed now!In the current status,i see the status as "AUTOMATICALLY CONFIRMED".

Also when I check at service place all these messages,I see that they have been closed by "SAP EarlyWatch Alert Service".

Can anyone let me know were my msgs auto closed bcos of the system upgradE??If so,is it posisble to reopen these messages???

Also when I create the OSS messages through SOL MAN,I can see them at serviceplace but the opposite is not true ..why???
