Error creating document

Hi,

We are trying to create an interactive adobe form within Webdynpro ABAP. After defining the context, we got into the layout section. Created a tray, included the interactive form. In the property section of the interactive form, we included the data source and the pdf source. We entered the name of the template source. We tried creating a new interface, selected the context and then pressed enter. It immediately threw an error "Error generating document". Could someone guide us on what the problem could be?

Hi,

It Seems as long as you are in WDA editor there is no Issue, when you tried for the interface it has this message.

Can you just check do u have ADLC installed on that particular system you accessed...?

Also as Santosh Suggested can you try to open the test form "FP_TEST_00" in SFP tcode and try to execute them ...?

Thanks for everyone who has answered this. Yes the Adobe live cycle designer was not properly installed in the system.

Hi,

I guess the error is related to ADS configuration. There are a set of programs (FP_* series) to check the ADS configuration. Please check whether your ADS configuration is proper or not.

Go to SE38 and test these programs.
