Rolling up of plan values in IM34

HI

I am unable to see the plan values in IM nodes after rolling up the plan values in IM34.

The plan value is maintained in appropriation request variant which is assigned to a version. The appropriation request is assigned to the IM position ID.

In IM34, the appropriation request is selected along with version and status selection profile.

However, I cannot see the plan values in IM position ID.

Kindly suggest if any settings are missing??

Hi

Check the following.

- the Planning Profile Assignment / details of versions allowed - for Program.

- your status Profile selection for AR (which ARs are selected as per your Status Profile)

- your IM34 Entry for Version & Version existing in the AR.

- your IM34 Entry for Version & Version existing in the AR. YES MAINTAINED

I have maintained all the setting, but I am not able to see the rolled up values.

Please suggest.

It is a standard functionality.

Unless we miss something, we should get it.

Let me again insist on the following points.

1. Planning Profile of Inv Program & AR - Check "Total & Annual" values checkboxes.

2.Check Assign all your Plan versions to the approval years of the Program type.

-- Any Authorization related messages are being observed in IM34 output?

-- How you are trying to see the plan values against Position IDs (after IM34)

-- Are there any ARs with statuses matching with those maintained in their Selection Profile?

-- Program & Position Assignment to AR is checked for existence?
