Error while doing QAC2 after QA11

Hi all,

we are using QM for quality inspection. After goods receive(MIGO), the stock goes to U101 quality storage location.

Then stock is transferred to QA01 quality stock by using QAC2 tcode. Then user need to do the usage decision & sample calculation by QA11 Tcode.

Now situation is After goods receive, User has done QA11, so now stock moved to U101 unrestricted stock.Now user want to move the stock to QA01 storage location.

i cancelled the Inspection lot created by QA11 so that the stock came to U101 quality stock. Now i need to transfer the stock

from U101 to QA01 using QAC2 Tcode but i am getting error as below.

Error --> while executing QAC2 one small pop up screen come & error on the screen is "The function you selected can not be carried out"

How to solve this error . please suggest.

In SAP once UD is done stock can not be moved back to the same inspection lot.

You can transfer stock from one storage location to another using MB1B -301 movement

or transfer stock form Un-restricted to Quality stock using MB1B-322 movement.

If 08 Inspection type is active, SAP will automatically create a new inspection lot.

This inspection lot can then be processed like any other inspection lot.

You can change the storage location in inspection lot stock tab at transaction QA11.

or

You can transfer stock using movement type 311 at transaction MB1B.

First tell me why u again transfer to QA01?

And why u cancelled and where u cancelled the inspection lot?
