Storage location is blank in QA32

Hi experts,

In QA32 some materials are not showing the storage location, but some do.

Do anyone knows what is the reason for that?

Dear pang,

Please check the GR of the materials for which storage location is missing, i guess that the storage location entry might be missing(SAP std is to maintain the storage location mandatory), i think you are using the Z program?

Please check and revert.

Hi experts,

Checked no Z-Programs are in active, and storage locations are inputted.

Still missing in location field in QA32.

Do any experts know what problem is?

One reason I know is

1.It depends upon whether the Inspection type is stock relevant.

2.Also depends upon the account assignment category of the material document.

Actually all inspection lots are created by 01 or 04 inspection type.

I would suggest you to check the material documents of missing storage location inspection lot & available inspection lot ........................compare them 1:1

I have checked but looks the same.

BTW, the account assignment of receiving purchase order item, is blank for all materials.

just a guess

the lots for which storage location in not dispalyed- just check whether they are stock relevent or non stock relevent.

exactly where u are seeing this storage location
