SPOOL_TEMSE_ERROR and SPOOL_NO_CONVERSION

Hello, we are getting the error from last two days. The file system /sapmnt/<SID> in 22% and we have cleared the old spool requests also and we have ran the spool consistency check also. And we have run the jobs RSPO1043,RSPO0041,RSPO1041 but still we are getting the Dump. SAP Version in 4.7 enterprises running on HP-UX.

Try applying the note No: 48400

You can also perform a TEMSE Check by running SP12, integrity control button. Then delete inconsistencies.
