Hi Venkatesh,

thanks for your reply. I havent install the saprouter as NT service. But i have checked in task manager for saprouter and i dont find anything. So that mean it's not running. any suggestion.

Hi,

The following note is a good starting point for SAProuter documentation.

SAP Note: 30289

Go through this you might find it useful.

Your SAProuter is trying connect to the local host, that is the same machine where probably SAProuter

is installed.

Vishnu

I did not get your point" havent installed as an NT service". How did you install it? . I think you first have to visit the installation of saprouter and confirm if that is fine and then check the connectivity issue.

what OS is the saprouter running on?

if UNix , check if saprouter process is running

In windows, go to run and type services.msc and see if the saprouter service says started.

I suggest you contact your peers first on this issue .

First two things ere.

1) Have you confirmed that saprouter is up and running?

2)Second your RFC error is pointing the following

ERROR partner '127.0.0.1:3299' not reached ... Why is this resolving to the localhost ip address?

Check if port 3299 is been used by any other applications.

Hi gurus, this would be my saprouttab file in the saprouter directory. 192.168.1.88 =Solman ip address which is the host. please advice me how to solve this error and start saprouter.

  1. SNC-Connection from and to SAP

KT pCN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE 194.39.131.34 3299

  1. SNC-connection from SAP to local R3System for support

KP pCN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE 192.168.1.88 3200

  1. Access from your local Network to SAPNet - R3 Frontend

P 194.39.131.34

P 192.168.1.88

p 192.168.1.79

p 192.168.1.80

  1. All other connections will be denied
