Hi,

Could you check if the "administrators' role exists in the UME via the link http://<host>:<port>/useradmin?

If the role exists, then there might be a problem accessing the role.

Also please let us know if your server OS has any additional locales installed.

Regards,

Srikishan

Hi Srikishan,

Actually "Administrator" role exists in the relevant system but I still don't know why system gave this error.

A few hours ago, we solved the problem by changing value as in keydb.xml file.

Thanks for your concern.

Have a nice day !

Kind regards,

Hi,

My previous suggestion was not a solution at all. If you do that, you will have some other problems in the next steps. So, I 've raised an OSS message and I'm waiting for a valuable answer. I'll share the solution with you,of course

Hi Alper, did you get the solution ?

Hi Gokhan,

I assume that you're installing a JAVA system on Windows.

This error is related to language selection of OS. Kindly change the language as English from control panel -> region & language. ( all settings must be EN except keyboard ). Since system locale is not English, you get this error during the installation ( ABAP does not give an error like that )

You also need to restart the installation from scratch. ( before starting the new installation, re-login to the OS to activate new system locale settings )

I hope this helps.

yeap, it is a fresh installation, isn't it ?

There is also a workaround for this issue, if you don't have an option like re-installation from scratch, i can share it with you. But I recommend re-installation.
