I have created a DMR for skip lots. 1st stage number of inspections 1 if ok stage 20 skip if rejected stage 10

Stage 20 Skip stage number of inspections 1 if rejected stage 10.

In material master Skip allowed and Auto UD are activated for inspection type 04,

I'm facing the problem when i do GR for production order then stock goes to unrestricted use directly as well as Inspection lot is

being created also the lots are continuously going into skip status instead of normal (as per defination in DMR).

This is SAP default ....when you have DMR in place & if dynamic modification criteria gets satisfied then lot is cretaed but with stock type unrestricted.

Now check whether DMR is lot based or UD based.

If UD based then until unless UD is taken for last lot Quality level will not change.

Make sure that in stage 20 after acceptance it goes to stage 10 & not remain in stage 20 ( if you want only one skip)

for my dynamic rule , i select UD-based, and in stage 20, if accepted, then goto stage 10.

so any suggestio from you? thanks

So have you taken UD before next inspection lot creation.............

i change dynamic rule from UD-based to Lot-based...

then it work in a normal way.

check ur dmr

in stage 20 - there should be number of skips and not no. of inspection

reset that dmr and then check

i have maintained the skip No,

but it can not go to the normal inspection.
