In our sales order, a manual price was entered (ZNTM). This price is being incorrectly copying from the order to the inter-company billing document, therefore overriding the transfer price.

any help is appreciated.

You will possibly find this was as designed. Generally manual prices take precedence and therefore are placed lower down the pricing procedure than that of a standard price or transfer price.

When a system pricing procedure is designed, multiple prices can exist but only 1 can be active, so it follows a set procedure in that the last price which is active (lowest on the pricing procedure) will set all other prices (above it) as inactive.
