Hello Pranay,
At this point I recommend that you log a message at SAP in the component SV-SMG-SUP. Without being able to see the issue happening it's fairly hard to assist resolve this issue.
Once you logged the message one of my colleagues should be able to assist you after seeing the issue on your system.

Hello Pranay
The note 695085 is valid in your case.
1.If you want to avoid in future that documents are distributed, please deactivate the BADI Implementation CRM_BUS20001_UPLOAD in transaction SE19.
2.Please delete afterwards all unprocessed BDoc´s by using the transaction SMW01.
3.Deactivate in table CRM_JEST the distribution status of the affected documents manually. These documents have the current status "I1054 (To be distributed)". The only way you can deactivate the status is to go into the table and deactivate the status manually for each document.
You need to have some ABAP Skills for performing the above steps and if you are unsure of what you are doing consult a senior colleague.
Regards
Amit

Hello,
If you are not on SAP Solution Manager 3.1 - 3.2 then you should open a message with SAP on this issue as no note exists for higher versions.
