REcipient does not support distribution type RML

Hi Friends,

I have this problem recipient does not support distribution type RML. Message no. 25145. I have identified this problem with only one user. I have checked SU01D, RML is maintained in other communication tab but when I drop down in the distribution type column in CV18, RML does not appear on the list of distribution types.

Diagnosis

You cannot use this distribution type for the recipient.

Procedure

Perform one of the following:

Choose a different distribution type.

For this recipient, maintain the communication type defined for this

distribution type.

Hi Blididi,

Kindly check the user profile of this user , whether his mail id is maintained propely and also communication type is maintained.

Hi,

please check the settings for the affected user in transaction SU01. Please check what value is maintained in the field "Comm. Meth." and also the settings under button "Other communication".
