Displaying pages could cause a memory overflow warning

hi ,

In our system a spool request is generated with several pages, when we try to display it and do changes in the settings i get following warning: "Displaying 71 pages could cause a memory overflow" ( say for eg: pages 1 - 71).

why is this happening and how to resolve this?

Looks like a safety-belt construction to prevent that "dumb" users are going to display huge documents which will occupy lots of memory... Why do you want to change it?
