SAP Enterprise Workspaces - Layouts are missing for My Personal Workspace

Hi,

I installed Enterprise Workspaces, but when I tried to create new Personal workspace - no Layouts are available, only text is visible - "Layouts structure page content and enable you to organize the way in which content is displayed on the page

If your page contains content, changing the layout moves all of the content to the left-most contauner on the page. you can then drag the content to rearrange it on the page."

I`m missing some configuration?

Anyone got a solution for this problem? I'm also missing the option to chose layout...

So only the layouts are missing, everything else works fine (workspace directory, module gallery, drag&drop from the module gallery etc.)?

Maybe worth a OSS message ...

yes, it looks like everything else looks fine - except that it's not possible to try the drag and drop feature from the module gallery when the layout on the workspace is missing.

I have created a OSS message so lets see what SAP come up with.

just a little follow-up on the problem. We have now patched your portal to 7.01 SP9 and the layouts are working as expected now.

which version of flash player is installed on your desktop?

which browser are you using (and which version)?

which NW version are you using

did you deploy all the needed patches? EP-PSERV.sca, ...

Hi,

My system config:

I installed SAP NetWeaver 7.0_Ehp2

Enterprise Portal version 7.02

Flash Player version 10

Tested on Firefox version 3.5.16 and IE8

Instaled SCA for EW:

EPEXT01_0.SCA

SPACES01_0.SCA

SPACESAPI01_0.SCA

SPACESAPPS01_0.SCA

SPACESKM01_0.SCA

I assume that Enhancement Pack 2 has all needed patches for EW to run?

all of your settings seems fine

the only question left is about the 7.0_Ehp2 installation:

- if it is below SP6, please upgrade to SP6 as it is the minimum 7.0_Ehp2 SP we support

- if it is SP6, please open a ticket on the following component so we could start an investigation:
