Hi All,

I am using NWDS 7.1. When i tried to log in DTR from NWDS i got an error " Some infrastructure servers are unreachable".

I pinged the SLD, it is showing reachable. But I am not able to login to DTR.

Could any one help me in this?

Thanks!

Dear Swarnaprakash,

Can you provide some more details.

Have you already imported any development configuration from SLD?

Why I'm asking this is because, when you want to login to DTR, there are certain prerequisites that you need to satisfy.

Either you create a new DTR client and provide the DTR server URL and the local Root for the same OR you import the Track / Development Configurations from SLD.

If possible please let me know the steps that you have followed.

Hi Shreyas,

Yes. I have some imported DC's from SLD.

I went to CMS and tried clicking the DTR and CBS links, it doesn't work. So i changed the URL (just added the domain name)for

DTR. Then it works. But when I tried to change the CBS URL and save, which is working fine if try to open in a new window,

it is giving * "Unexpected error:Inform your administrator:CBS server error:The bulid space is not known on the server(internal

code:BS_unknown)" *.

Please suggest.

Thanks!

Dear Swarnaprakash,

Can you please provide the error trace for the analysis?

Also clarify one thing that...

Are you saying that...

From CMS Web UI you are unable to open the DTR and CBS web UI?

But, it works fine when you give the direct URL like...

http://<host>:<port>/dtr

Please give some more clarification and detailed explanation.

I am assuming that, the problem looks like SP Level mismatch between different Software Components.
