SOX Compliance for SAUDI ARABIA

Can any one tell is there any separate SOX Compliance for SAUDI Arabia ? Do we need to Implement any separate Compliance if we are Implementing GRC in SAUDI ARABIA? Do we need to implement any country specific thing in GRC?

SOX compliance is mainly for companies listed in NY Stock Exchange.......

No country specific thing in GRC.

Well there is regulation-specific thing in GRC Process Control.

SOX is a pre-configured regulation in GRC Process Conrol;

You can configure your own regulation if some coungry has his own regulation requirement.

Example, Canada may have CSOX, Japan may have JSOX.

Configure the GRC tool based on the company's business processes and Access requirements.

There is nothing as such as a country specific component for GRC. You can use GRC for your compliance needs in any country.
