Monitor SC Issue

Hello Gurus...

I am facing an issue with the Monitor SC not working as desired,wanted to check with you guys..

As an Administrator when I use Monitor Shopping Cart for a cart having multiple line,it only shows up one line in the Cart when I select it and go into details.

Did anyone face this Isssue..?

Dear

Even you create shopping cart with different line item, it will be shown Multiple shopping cart with same shopping cart number and multiple Item number like 1,2,3. So select both the item and by using "details for item" above "Item data tab" you can monitor multiple items.
