In a Sales order for line item (SL) the Confirmed Qty & Committed Qty is 0

In a Sales order for a line item (Schedule line) the Confirmed Qty & Committed Qty is 0 and there is no second scedule line

with the Confirmed Qty & Committed Qty (This is a MTO).What could be the reason? Pls suggest.

once check delivery date and change to requred delivery date at line item schedule lines tab

it maybe helpful to you resolve your issue

Check the Schedule line determination category settings.

It is determined by Item Category + MRP Type.

Pls maintain the relavant entries in that settings. Pls try out the path in the system. Do NOT ask for Tcode.

Item category & SL category settings are maintained .The problem is that only for this line item the Confirmed Qty & Committed Qty is 0. User has entered the same material in another line item, system has given the Confirmed Qty & Committed Qty. Now user is asking the reason why the Confirmed Qty & Committed Qty is 0

Definitely some manual changes were made for first line item. Check in Environment > Changes via VA02

item category - schedule lines allowed should be active.

schedule lines - item relevant for delivery should be active
