BWA only talks to BW

We have bunch of issues with many datasources and how they talk to ECC and other systems.

However, while we resolving these issues, our BI guy wants to setup BW accelerator.

Can he do that in parallel while we are fixing isues with PI.

Is BWA complete independent of what goes around in IT and not affected by anything else but BW only.

Please help. Thanks.

Yes, the BWA only talks to your BW system.

As already said, You can install BW Accelerator as NetWeaver BW Accelerator is an external plug-in appliance for NetWeaver BW, designed to enhance the performance of analytics processing.
