Error al crear orden de compra (Pedido)

Hola a todos

Necesito crear una orden de compra que ha pasado por un flujo de aprobación pero al presionar crear muestra el siguiente error:

Imposible añadir o actualizar este documento; faltan líneas [line:0][mensaje 131-198]

No se me ocurre que puede ser, ojalá puedan ayudarme.

Symptom
You add a delivery with some blank rows. When you reopen the document, you will find it cannot be updated and added. Error message like "Cannot add or update this document; rows are missing [Delivery - Document Number]  [Message 131-198]" will display.
The issue also exists for return, GRPO, and goods return, while the error message is a bit different that "Delivery" may change to be "Goods return","Returns","Goods receipt PO",etc.

Solution
SAP intends to provide a patch or patches in order to solve the problem described.
