SUS Contact person

Hi,

We are on SRM 7.0 , ECC 6.0 (Ehp 4.0) and using MM-SUS.

I wanted to know what is the best practice in SUS when it comes to dealing with Contact Persons of an Organization who have left the organization. Should the SUS admin user of that organization delete these contact persons or block them in SUS?

Hi,

We can either Delete or can replace it with other User or can block the user via BBPUSERMAINT.

I know of the possible options.

I was asking for the best practice and what effect will deletion/blocking have.
