Hi ALL,

i am getting following error while creating transfer order from LT03

Message E Storage Type not allowed Material .

Hi

Check in the Configuration , weather you have activated Storage type or not. Also check in MMR->WM1 and WM2 tabs weather you have maintained any specific Storage type

Hello Raja,

If you are creating the transfer order from outbound delivery, then you have enter correct storage type. which is mainatined in material master record in MM02.

Storage type is maintained in warehouse view-1 in material master record.

If want storage type to be defaulted automatically while creating transfer order for picking or placement you have to define storage type search in customizing.

Check the above points in customization SPRO>>Logistics Execution>>Warehouse Management>>Strategies>> Activate Storage Type Search.
