Tax category problem

Hi Experts,

We have an issue with our client,while seeing the customers in the change mode r display mode the client is facing a problem with the taxes.The client exists in DE as well as IN and the Indian counter part has no problem with the taxes,like he is able to see only IN in India,but the DE client is seeing both DE and IN.Pls suggest what to do?

Hi Ramesh,

Guess, while creating DE plant , its copied from the IN plant, hence all the IN Plant assignments copied to DE plant as well.

if you can test in Sandbox, create new plant without copying from IN Plant & check.

There is already post available for the same query & its closed. That will surely help you to solve your issue.

Have not exactly remembered, you need to remove some plant specific assignments which is copied while creating DE plant wrt: IN Plant.
