please tell me the meaning of this error that i am encountering..........

"parsing an empty source. root element expected"

Hi,

This error is caused by there are one error in mapping program or the source XML didn't have the correct structure.

Check out the mapping program and the source XML. You can use the test option in graphical mapping to make the test before executing the scenario.

Hi Shreya,

Can u let me know the source and the target structures and how it is mapped? So that, it would be easy for me to tell you where is the mistake done.

I think you might not have mapped the root node of the target. Check it and let me know.

Hi Shreya,

Root element is expected on the target side. Before testing the scenario, test the mapping in the test Tab of the message mapping to ensure that the mapping is fine.
