Transfer of CO Plan Data to BCS

Hi everyone,

Anyone know how to amend the line item text, which is auto generated during FMCYCOPI_CO, in budget document as "Cost center,2400000,Cost element,533050" to some text more meaningful to user?

Is it even possible to make FMCYCOPI_CO to have manual input?

Hi,

You can use FMCUDERIVSUB transaction defining substitution to the budget entry document. You can substitute a text for the line item there.

Hi Eli, I explored that before already. But there isn't any target fields for line item text, only header text is available. Please kindly advise.

I believe, that field TEXT50 (item text) refers to line item, does it not?

Anyway, if you think it does not work, you can try BADI FMKU_BUDGET_LINES.
