PRAA-Employees for whom vendor master record already exists

Hello SAP Guru,

Need your help.

I am running the PRAA for every new employee, after doing so, I receive message:

Employees for whom a vendor master record already exists

Upon checking in FK03 to check if the employee already created a vendor master, I found nothing.

How can I search for that employee since according to PRAA, "vendor master already exists".

I think your question is 'how can I check if a vendor has already been created for an employee'

if so,

go to XK03, <F4> on the vendor field, select for search help tab 'Vendor by personel number'.  Provide the employee number (PERNR) here.  You will get the vendor number associated with this employee (if any)
