Alignment in template issue

Former Member

Hi experts,

I have 3 seperate text fields in a template. All 3 text fields have the same style assigned (bolt / right aligned). But the output is not right aligned for all fields.

There is no space or what ever in the text fields. Just &var_name&

Kind Regards

Hi,

First Step:

Open your smartform goto global settings and there define your fields as currency fields.

Second Step:

Kindly check your internal table's data type.

I think one of these steps will resolve your problem.

First check allingment in style i think that is central allign.

If this is not the case you just follow insructions:

if var is &lv_var& make it as &lv_var(C)&.

if useful appreciation required.

Hi

I took "right-align" in style. It doesn't need to be centered, I want the fields to be right alligned.

What do you mean with

if var is &lv_var& make it as &lv_var(C)&.

What exactly does this do?

Kind regards

As your field is of Type P having 13 char and 2 decimal point .

SAP generally recommend for output formats or printing formats should be character.

So make a field as a character with my given notation.

May be it is useful for u .
