User id

dear all

i have upload the open project of different plants say user id X.

but the system design it away that when we strat the trnsaction in production in Y

all the project are in display mode it only come to edit mode to that particular id X.

how to remove this where is the setting.

Hi

I think this is an Authorization problem for the user "Y". Is he able to access any other projects in change mode?

however i think its not a authorisation problem

my xcolleague has configured as per customer requirement from the user id the project cretaed is only bale to edit others will able to display that now they dont want this they want other edit also alreday created projects from id X.

i dont know where the setting lies in PS

i have some idea about acl but dont have complete picture

please guide me

Hi John,

I think this is a authorisation issue and a security person will be able to identify the node for the change.

Hi,

Check for the user 'Y', whether he can access CJ02 transaction code. if not possible then it is authorization issue.

If user 'Y' able to access CJ02 and need to open the project in edit mode in CJ20n transaction code then in CJ20n menu under settings-> options--> set editing mode as 'Change'.

This will solve your problem.
