Hi All,
I have an issue where the mail adapter is not picking up the messages. The communication channel was red for some time but it worked again after a restart. Yet there are no messages in sxmb_moni.
Things were working and it is suddenly not picking up the messages.. the mails are still there in the mail database. We have also tried with changing the password but it doesnt work yet.
Please advise.. this is a very high priority issue.....

the only thing you need to check in this case is the communication channel monitoring from RWB
this will tell you if the channel is working (and pulling) or not.
you can also active it once more in ID and start/stop it in CC monitoring just in case...
if it's green after that then maybe you're using a different user/account ?
