How to Re-open past approval year 2010 in InvMgt (Reverse IM27)

Hi All,

I'm new to Investment Management. I've run the IM27 to copy the structure and the open new Approval Year 2011 and performred the Approval Year Carry Forward. Now the users want to post to the past year (2010). System currently doesn't allow them to post to in 2010. All the projects/WBS elements have their budgets carried forward (I believe) and are closed for posting to 2010.

Could you please let me know how to re-open the past year in Investment management so the projects can be posted to.

Any pointers in this regard will be of immense help.

Hi

Once the new approval year is opened & budget carry foward is done, it cannot be reversed.

One option to suggest would be to Close the measures in 2011, create measures under the old program (if you didnot perform IM27_CLOSE for the old program)
