Hi

In va51 it's posible to create an item proposal and then use this proposal during order creation.

Is it possible in any way to add fields to va51. Fx. I would like to add the 'WBS-element' which should be added to the order line.

Yes, You can create proposal in VA51and use in order creation using Edit->Additional Functions->Propose items.

You have to do modification to standard code, screen layout change and copy routine function with ABAP resource help.
