Problem - Contract status remains at "Waiting for Approval"

Hey guys!

I'm having a problem with the status on the approval of contracts in SRM; even though all the required approvers have checked the contract and approved it, its status still remains at "Waiting for Approval." Would anyone know what might be causing this and how this could be fixed?

Hello Glenn,

Please try these general check points.

+ SM58 - something tRFC network error

+ RZ20 - something backend or local error

+ BBP_PD - check the document status

SM13 : error in update task, and check for dump too (ST22)

Hello Case,

The problem looks the approver approved workitem but the application document status is waiting for approve. In this case there is some error. You should check what is the error in transaction SM58, RZ20, ST22, SM21, BBP_PD.

You should not change the document status manually.
