Unable to determine partber function.

Hi Friends,

I have created a new account group, and i'm trying to create a new customer using this account group but the system is unable to determine the partners in the partner function tab in Sales area Data View.

Sytems gives error message "Data is incomplete".

Can anyone please help.

Hi Washim,

Check whether you have maintained proper enteries under following path:

SPRO-> Sales and Distributiion-> Basic Functions-> Partner determination -> Set upPartner Determination ->Set Up Partner Determination for Customer Master->Check all here.

Ensure account group is assigned to partner function here.

Hi Vishal,

I have assigned the partner function to the account group but the problems still persist. I have created the new account group by copying an existing account gropu which is working fine. But in the new account group system unable to determine the partner function.
