Find the screen field names of the characteristics in additional data tab

Hi Gurus

As per our requirement we need to generate the document number based on the characteristic values selected in the additional data tab. we are trying concatenate the 2 or 3 characteristic values and then it will be concatenated with the internal number generated by the system. But we are unable to find the screen field names of the characteristics. Can you please give your suggestions to get the field names of the characteristics and use it in the standard program (MCDOKZNR)

For example

Document Number is CHAR1-CHAR2-0001

Here, CHAR1, CHAR2 are the characteristic values and 0001 is the system generated number.

Hi Raja,

Please check the tables CAWN, CABN, CABNT. Ask your ABAPer to put values according to Characteristics name You have assigned. These tables retain Char. Name, Value & description.

Revert if still some doubt.
