Billing Document Print out

Dear Gurus,

My client has created invoice of Billing Type ZF2 on 14.12.2010 at 9 A.M. The output Type ZRD2 assigned to it.He claimed that he has taken ZRD2 Output Print on the same day.How to check the output(ZRD2) print time and on which date the output (ZRD2)was printed.

Hi Penmetsa,

Go to VF02 - Enter your billing document number and enter.

At the top page click on GOTO, you will get a list click on Header and than clikc on Output.

In this page you will get the output which were triggered.

Select the output type which you require and click on FURTHER DATA, here you can find the creation Date and time.

Go to VF03--enter invoice number

Go to Header drop down----> Output

The output ZRD2 will be there as green and you can see the processing time and date. For further details select the line and click on processing log. It will give you the spool created.
