Hi,
In one of the sales order the header condition type R100 is taking away the price because this R100 is the 100% discount. Please guide me how to inactivate it as there is no Access sequence for it. In which situation this condition type activates?
Thanks,
Jans
Remove the activation of free goods for your sales area in V/N6.

Condition type R100 is used, when goods are given as free.
The free goods are defined using t.code VBN1.
If you don't want to the material to be shipped as free goods, then in t.code VBN2, remove the material from free goods assignment.

hi jans,
i think so this deals with free goods,
CONDITION BASE VALUE FORMULA 28: 100% DISCOUNT.
Formula '28' sets the rate of the condition to a 100% discount. This formula was delivered with condition type
R100 to support Release 4.0 Free Goods functionality.
i think so you have write a piece of code for inactivating it. when ever this free goods pricing procedure appears into sales order.

Dear Balaji,
Thank you for your reply and I also wish you a Happy and prosperous new year.
I kknow what you told that R100 is a Free Sample and it takes into account Routine "28". I have already mentioned about that.
My question is hoe this R100 is triggering. There is some configuration which triggers this R100. I have forgotten that. I did this long back. As I have to reply the User that is why I have written to the Forum.
Anyway, thank you so much for your kind contribution.
Regards,
Jans
