OPSJ Warnning Error

Hi Experts,

In our project there are one coding mask created with Pl = 4 and approximately 40 project id created but for alphabate G project id G is exist & if I will try to create new project id of G alphabate like GPS or GBS.

I showing error "Entry G alreadt exist"

Please guide me.

That is correct - you cannot use the same alphabet

Please read SAP help and search forum for other posts

Thanks for your reply.

Your suggesstion is correct. But I will try to create Project Id other than G like GPS or GPRS & for R alphabate RNDP is exist but if i will try to create RND system showing error message " RND or G is already exist"

That means somebody has created a project with R as well

Check out the tables PROJ and PRPS

In OPSK the edit should be ticked - if this is not ticked then projects can be created with other alphabets

You need to first check which alphabets people have already used

Hi Virensra,

I have checked in Tables PRPS & PROJ,

Project & proeject id not created for G & aplhabate other than G & RNDp.

Still its showing error.

Please suggest.
