How to create Purchase requisition Manually in the Past in APO.

Hi

You can use T-code /SAPAPO/RRP3 to enter into Product View for respective product.

Enter the product , location and enter into edit mode.

Once you are in the respective view, please give the date in past and put the quantity , this will create the a PRs for the given date which is in Past.
