You cannot limit a source storage type to a particular destination storage type. At the most you can select the sequence in which the storage types that can be selected, in storage type search.
However, in your case you can incorporate the logic using the concept of user exit for 123 storage type. Wherein for 123 you can put a condition to receive only from particular storage types. Of course you will need ABAPer for this.
