Create action list from EWA report

HI,

From the EWA, we are looking to create an action list or service desk messages automatically based on each yellow/red flags in order to follow up them.

At the moment, we can go in the EWA report but only in view mode. In this view it is possible to create actions but the save is temporary. We can also see that it's not possible to create an action for each yellow/red flags.

Is there any solution to have this nice feature permanent ?

Hello,

I am not sure if there is a way to automate this without custom code, but it may be possible.

What I can help you will is saving the action list in the session.

When you enter the session from DSWP (eye glasses) it will always be in display mode.

We know display is not edit and to make a permanent change you need to enter change mode.

You cannot do this in DSWP.

Run transaction code DSA

Enter the session number (mouse over the EWA to get number)

Open it not in display mode, but in edit mode.

Create your action lists.

Save the action list.

Save the session.

The action list is now permently included in the session.
