hi Sven,

there is log in SM21

Transaction Canceled F4 308 ( TRANSAKTIONS_INIT M

Documentation for system log message D0 1 :

The transaction has been terminated. This may be caused by a

termination message from the application (MESSAGE Axxx) or by an

error detected by the SAP System due to which it makes no sense to

proceed with the transaction. The actual reason for the termination

is indicated by the T100 message and the parameters.

Additional documentation for message F4 308

System error: Error in routine & & & &

&CAUSE&

An internal error has occurred.

&SYSTEM_RESPONSE&

Processing cannot be continued.

&WHAT_TO_DO&

Contact SAP to clarify whether the error can be corrected by a program

adjustment or by changes in the parameters.

In order to clarify the error situation, specify the routine &V1& in

which the error occurred, as well as any other parameters (if specified

in the message) which could refer to a key which does not exist.

while there is nothing in ST22 related to FD37.

what i have to do to resolve this issue?

trans FD37 is not designed for online usage but is used in an internal

call by report RFDKLI50. Trans FD32 (Customer Credit Management

Change) / FD33 (Customer Credit Management Display) should be used in

lieu of trans FD37. Alternatively, the following menu path can be used

Accounting -> Financial accounting -> Accounts receivable -> Credit

management -> Master data -> Change / Display.
