Continious Input Out Utility in repetitive manufacturing

Hi,

I am working in an repetitive manufacturing environment. We have here APO PPDS.

I was thinking is their any benifit business might derive implementing continuous Input output.

Hi,

Accurate information of the stocks of input and output materials is an advantage to business when we use continuous

input /output functionality.

Kadam,

Thanks for the reply; we are using lot sizing procedure (min and max) u2013 thus even if the PIR is of high quantity it gets parted in no of planned orders u2013 so we get a rough cut idea of daily input and daily out put.

Considering the above situation should we consider using continuous I/O?
