I need to add the following items in the HEADER of the sales document incompletion log , can somebody help me out with this with the field names/tables etc.

u2022 The following will be optional items on the header:

o Additional partners (Enduser, Freight Forwarder, etcu2026)

o Order method (Phone, fax, e-mail, EDI, etcu2026)

o Purchase Order Date

o Plant

o Customer Contact Name

o INCO terms

o Export data (see export booking tool)

o Enduse

o Billing/Delivery Blocks

o Manual price conditions

If thease are the Optional then why you want to add to Incompletion procedure, if you add thease optional items to incompletion procedure then user will not be able to save document or will get warraning or error messages

Above all, as you know this is at header level then check VBAK table and if its item level then check VBAP table

you can also search the same by going to each field.

because we also do the same thing to answer your question.

Hi,

You can help youself. Follow the procedure--

Go to the perticular field which u want to put in incompletion procedure then Press F1 and Click on Technical Info Tab there and you will get the Table and field name.

In future also it will help you in many ways.
