Error in SLDCHECK

HI All,

We are trying to connect ECC6 to PI7.0.Getting the below error.

Calling function LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS

Retrieving data from the SLD server...

Function call returned exception code 4

=> Check whether the SLD is running!

Have done all the possible config mentioned in the guide.Can anyone please mention how to resolve the issue.Thanks.

Hello,

Check that the user maintained in transaction SLDAPICUST is not locked.

Also, have a look at SAP Note: 608322

Hi,

In Tcode RZ70, did you try a "trigger data colelction". If yes, did it work with no errors.

Next, Tcode SLDAPICUST, after you give the SLd hostname, port, UN and pwd, did you try a connection test in top left corner. If the pwd of the user is wrong or if the user does not have sufficient authorisations, this issue could occur.

Ensure RZ70 and SLDAPICUST work fine.

Hi,

Please check all the RFC destination in SM59.

Make sure that the TCP IP connections -- LCRSAPRFC, SAPSLDAPI have the correct Program ID as registered in the Visual Admin.

Also go to tcode SLDAPICUST and make sure that the SLD details are correct and so is the user id and password of the XIAPPLUSER and also check whether user id Loked or not.
