Hi everyone!!

Here is my problem:

we trying add status in the transaction S_SMC_47000017

when i press "new" i can see added value but can't pick it... it looks gray.

Hi,

This transaction seems to be similar to CRM_DNO_MONITOR. Please check the same.

For changing the status profile, please follow the below mentioned path in SPRO:

SPRO->Scenario-Specific settings->Change Request Management->Extended Configuration->Change Transaction->Transaction Type->Status Administration->Change Status Profile for User Status

Solved the problem by copying Bussiness transactions from older one that had BS - CLOSE.

But now system is saying "that both statuses be replaced by the procedure 'Close'."

i will post new thread... thx

Hi Faisal!

Thanks for answering, but status alrdy added.

I want to pick it when editing Support notification.

After this pressing on the EDIT button

next i need to choose my added status from the list that appears button near after "Status".
