VBOF - not updating sales volume in rebate

Hello,

Recently I am facing a problem with updating sales volume in rebate agreement.

I have created a new rebate agreement and subsequently a billing document is created on same customer. I executed VBOF without test mode. After doing this when I again go to the agreement (VBO2) the ystsem says : The sales volume for agreement 30 is not current

I have done the same procedure before and that time it worked properly. This time however there seem to be some problem.

Hi Gajnkar,

Please check if you have not opened rebate agreement in another session, if you are in change mode the update will not happen.

If this is not the case, please check your input parameters in the selection screen (validity date, sales area, agreement no) and execute VBOF.

Please let us know if this solves, else we can look into the issue further.

Hello Rajendra,

No, the agreement is not open in another session.

But my issue is resolved. Problem was with customer master data. Statistical filed was not maintaiend correctly & hence the update was not happening.
