After PGI adjusting price based on Quality
for my client, they need to adjust the price & quantity based on quality check at customer site after sending goods to customer.
For quantity adjustment iam following POD process.
But for quality wise how to adjust prices at the time of billing .
For material there are two specifications
Specification 1- 1000GCV
Specification 2 -10 Degrees
If we supplied goods with above specifications there is no need of change. But when goods are issued the specifications will be same.
But when reaching to customer quality may change to 900 GCV and 9 degrees.
These are reduced 10 %
So the billing should be done 10% less than sales order value. But billing quantity should be same.
How map this into SAP.
