Former Member

Hi Experts ,

When i am executing t-code SM58 in Solution Manager . I can see a lot of entries present having red status.

And in the status text : Alert has no recipients

But Here the target system is Solution Manager . and the RFC used is SOLMAN_CEN_ALERT

Program used : RSAL_CENSYS_TOOL_DISPATCHING

And in RZ20 --> Transactional RFC and Queued RFC

Calls w/Communication Errors - CPICERR

How to clear these entries from there , what is missing there ??

Regards,

Kamal

Hi Kamal,

There are 4 notes that address this error for earlier versions. The Note 1092457 tha Jansi provided is the most recent, however cannot be implemented in your instance.

In this case I would recommend opened an OSS message with SAP AGS Primary Support on component BC-CCM-MON.

Hi Paul ,

I have raised the OSS message . I am waiting for their reply and update this SDN message also

if i will get any resolution from SAP side

Hi Paul ,

I took the following steps.

1 .First of all i ran the report RSALERTCONS in test mode , It gave me the output for all alert catgory where no receipint

was assigned . So i add my User Id there.

2. Then Remove the Id of the user which are not exist in the system from alert Category

Now t-rfc red entries are cleared from the system in SM58.

Kamal
